The DAAD PRIME (Postdoctoral Researchers International Mobility Experience) program, which expires August 29, 2025, is promoted by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). It supports international postdoctoral mobility through fixed-term contracts at German universities.
The program involves a research project divided into two phases:
• a 12-month residency at an academic or research institution in a third country (outside Germany);
• followed by a 6-month reintegration period at the host German university.
